Tootsie is very energetic; she loves to play with people and other dogs and has lots of energy! She would love to be in a home where she can romp around and run. She is partially housebroken and getting better with time. She does walk on a leash. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heart worm negative, and comes with 30 days of free health insurance. Her adoption fee is $150.
